July 2: Opening Night for
Jazz in the Park. *Operating Every Tuesday until August 27th*.Jazz in the Park will be returning for its 12th season. Located at the Oakview Woods Gazebo or the Rotary Band Shell behind the RecPlex from 7:00pm until 9:00pm come sing, dance and experience the best jazz has to offer. www.wasagabeach.com or call 705-429-3844. 

 

July 6–7: Not So Pro Beach Volleyball. Along Beach Area 1 you can experience some Not So Pro volleyball. The tournament is open for residents to join.

 

July 24–28: Wasaga Midway 

Come experience the lights and excitement of the Wasaga Midway. Celebrating its 20th year in Wasaga Beach, this year is set to be the biggest and best yet! Operating every afternoon and evening. For more info check out www.wasagabeach.com.

August 10–11: Back to The Beach

A new family festival to Wasaga Beach. This event will be action packed with live music, buskers, acrobatics and the Guinness World Records organization longest bikini line!

August 16–18: Wasaga Under Siege. On August 16, 17 and 18 come to Nancy Island and relive one of Wasaga’s most exciting historical reenactments; The War of 1812. For a full list of activities and events, you can visit

August 17: August Corvette Weekend. Beach Cruise is an action packed weekend of Corvette fun! The show takes place on August 17. For more details or to register check out wasagabeachcorvetteclub.com.

Sept. 2013 

September 1: Memories of Summer Fireworks. Join the Town of Wasaga Beach in celebrating a wonderful summer season. The annual Memories of Summer fireworks display will take place on Sunday, September 1 at Beach Area Two. The show starts at dusk. www.wasagabeach.com or call 705-429-3844. 

 

September 7–8: Multisport Triathlon & Marathon. Wasaga Beach is happy to be hosting the Multisport Triathlon and Marathon. This event is for people of all skill levels. Visit www.multisportcanada.com.

 

September 13–15: Wasaga Beach Blues Festival. One of Ontario’s newest blues festivals, Wasaga Beach Blues will feature a range of blues musicians and styles. While Wasaga Beach Blues is a free music festival, donations are gratefully accepted. All donations will go to support the new Wasaga Beach Public Library.
